CURRENT OPENINGS
SALES MANAGER – SAAS PRODUCTS (DETAILS)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for our PCFS Solutions Lending Logistics SAAS products. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and leading a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our SAAS products.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Lead sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SAAS sales.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.

Technical Support Representative – Loan Origination Solutions (DETAILS)
We are looking for a bright Technical Support Representative to provide enterprise level technical sales and support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Work with development team on product fix and enhancements
- Work with Sales to generate and present product demonstrations
Requirements:
- 6-8 years’ experience working within a loan origination team for commercial lending institution
- Working experience in commercial loan underwriting and financial analysis
- Working experience of SBA loan origination requirements and processes
- Experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PCFS Solutions Form Wrx. or Credit Wrx. a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and intermediate knowledge of a Windows based operating system and networking
Technical Support Representative – Loan Servicing Solutions (DETAILS)
We are looking for a bright Technical Support Representative to provide enterprise level technical sales and support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.

Requirements:
- 6-8 years’ experience working in a Lending Institutions “Note Department”
- Advanced understanding of how various Loan level transactions affect a Lender’s General Ledger system
- Ability to understand and if needed manually calculate and prove system calculations for:
- Payment Processing
- Disbursement Processing
- Loan Participations
- Monetary Adjustments
- Interest Accruals
- Non-Accrual
- Charge off
- OREO
- Bank “Shadow Accounting”
- FASB
- Experience with Loan Accounting Systems
- Experience with reconcilement on Loan Accounting system to Lender’s Ledger
- Experience with databases and database conversions. Understanding the concept of data validation
- Basic knowledge of the Windows Operating System.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily excel.
- Experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PCFS Solutions Loan Manager a plus
